What is an e-listening analysis ?

An e-listening analysis is a marketing reading of consumers spontaneous conversations on the web.
It is based on the semantic and marketing decoding of a target-segmented corpus.
This corpus is extracted from a representative database of online conversations both in France and worldwide, with a 10-year data history.

As a marketing strategy tool it provides a consumer vision (uses and expectations) and allows to detect trends, consumer insights and weak signals.
